The problem we have in our society is government. More succinctly it is how our elected officials arrive and remain in office. They don’t mind how they do that. For example the SOPA and PIPA is coming up. It is election time and they need money for re-election. That is part of it. Pay off all those that use scarcity to drive prices up and become wealthy. It is more than that. It is an attack on Wiki leaks and anyone else that would attack the US government with its own records. Here is an example. If this law was in place the US government could have had all the search engines remove the link to the website. It would have been criminal for anyone to provide them with a means to receive gifts and donations. Your ISP would have to block your ability to visit that site/information. Any advertiser on those sites would have to cease or be prosecution/persecuted.

This is a great deal for the corporations a few million dollars for campaigns and they get a internet police force for them at a cost of billions in legal actions and enforcement. Cost of billions because content providers will go off shore. Cost of billions because Americans will go off shore with VPN pipes to anonymous proxies to regain privacy and access. Cost of billions in legal actions. What does it cost us, the first amendment.

The best part is the taxpayers get to foot the bill for both sides, enforcement and eluding it. How about cutting the funding for that. I guess you could say SOPA and PIPA is corporate welfare. Corporate America the biggest welfare queens. Members of Congress work for us and kick your campaign funding friends off the government tit. Let them use all the tools available now. The only difference is they pay for it now. SOPA and PIPA makes us pay for it.

Why hasn’t anyone looked at the spending and did an expose’ on it. In business terms America is called a “Turnaround Opportunity.” We have to project current sources(cash flows) less spending (burn rate) and determine our surplus or shortfall. The difference indicates how quickly we prosper or fail.

Getting to that point we will be forced to “de-fund” projects. The real liberal plan is to deprive future administrations and Congresses the ability to use funds for their imperatives and necessities. This is by design to cripple conservatives for decades if not centuries. The inflection point is the services versus debt service point. A failure point will happen when the debt service is so high that essential services cannot be maintained. The projections on that are around 2016 or so depending on who you believe.

Conservatives should begin dialog publicly and in town halls. I see working with the foreign press and media sources as a real option, since the US liberal press will not print conservative issues. The stories would feed back to US media and the liberals would have to do nationwide and worldwide damage control. Listen what each liberal and conservative has to say about the oncoming failure. As they defend the spending they voted for, conservatives must hang the spending around the leadership’s neck. Eventually this oncoming failure becomes the liberal cancer and to minimize the damage, they will distances themselves from other liberals. Other liberals will have different fleas and the do not want anymore fleas. The liberal politician will begin to revise their voting history and that is the conservative opportunity. The moment they begin to revise and extend history, bring up their voting records and earmarks they secured for their vote. Then bring up the voting records of their cohorts, reveal the deals cut. Remember in politics, you are what you associate with.

This way only the strong smart survive. Conservatives will have proven we the voters are “natural selection.”

The US government should seize the absolute right to issue federal driving licenses and ID’s for foreign nationals. This prevents the states from doing so. Thus unless you have papers you don’t get a license. This controls the means to prove legal immigration and visa status.

To get these proofs the US should demand that visitors and in process immigrants secure and maintain insurance of a minimum of 3 million dollars. More insurance for countries that are the usual and regular suspects for terrorism. American insurance companies could demand whatever fees they desire, since they are going to pay for any bills created by visitors and in process immigrants. If for whatever reason the visitors and in process immigrants don’t leave on schedule or require a deportation hearing, the insurance company has to pay for it. If the visitors and in process immigrants just fade into the crowd the bond is forfeit and we can hire the best bounty hunters and skip tracers in the country to find and remove them. A juicy few million dollars would entice private industry spring up for this.

The countries with many cases of visitors and in process immigrants overstaying or failing to leave would be charged a lot more for insurance and that would reduce the numbers of visitors and in process immigrants from those countries. This would use private industry to reduce our exposure to terrorism and illegal immigration. Our society should mandate our citizens traveling abroad to carry insurance that covers damages but also hostage money…ransom, legal defense, and the health insurance. This would slow traveling to high risk and dangerous locales. How many hiking trips along the Iranian border would get insured?

Again Petulant solves a national problem without a big tax bill. Petulant for US Senate. Should I expect to appointed Czar of something? Call me I would like to be Secretary level appointment without confirmation.

Arizona tried to get something to work on illegal immigration. The proper way would have been to kill the support structure. I feel they should have put a statewide rental tax of 500 dollars a month per person living in a rental property. Call it a bilingual tax or something. You can have 1 exemption per month for each person that landlord validated legal immigrant status or US citizen. This would allow all those that support illegal immigration the opportunity to financially support the State of Arizona protect their citizens.

They should have asked that a special employment tax of 300 dollars a day per employee, and again give exemptions for those they could prove the employees were US citizens or legal immigrants. This would allow those that entice and use illegals to break the laws of AZ to financially support AZ enforcing employment and immigration laws.

AZ should charge a $1000.00 a month banking and check cashing fee for each account they cash checks and give them exemptions for each validated as US citizenship or legal immigration status. They verify the legal or illegal immigration status for any person to use negotiable financial instruments. This would dry up all the money for illegals. Maybe we would generate financial support for the State of Arizona.

The last stop would be creating felonies for transferring funds from US to a foreign nation unless made by a US Citizen or legal immigrant. Of course all these would have conspiracy provisions for doing the transaction by proxy. Make it a nice 5 to 8 years for conspiracy elements.

These simple steps are states rights(refer to the tenth amendment) and are within the rights of states to enact and enforce. With this approach they could tell the Congress to get bent. Nothing is ever wrong with taxation, just ask Barack, Nancy, or Harry. They are in favor tax well and tax often.

We constantly hear about the health care solutions. The health care is not a financial problem but a supply and demand issue. We solve the supply and demand issue it is fixed. The government could fix a lot with very little cost. Create 200 to 300 medical service schools and create a public health corps. You open the books so to speak. Young people join a health corps and they get free medical service education. Those with prior education get there student loans paid for as they participate and and 20% additional paid for upon completion. The key to this education process is the 4 year minimum of service in the Healthcare Corps after graduation. More participation in the Healthcare corps required for those that take advantage of position of dire need, for example doctors.

The reason for calling it a corps is to make it a civilian military branch. Military branches are not able to unionized. The participants of this opportunity should take the primary role of treating those without health insurance and that included Medicaid participants. The major problem for this is the time to full strength is 8 to 12 years. The benefits are very controlled costs. The costs would be contained to buying and distributing medical supplies at cost. The is better than a cost plus 300% market.

The HealthCare Corps would be the largest health provider in the nation. With that size you can buy in bulk and you can force competition among medical providers and insurance companies. The HealthCare Corps could also take insured peoples payments and reduce the overall costs of medical services.

With this creation the corps, we must include a few things. Insurance can not have an excluding process of pre-existing conditions and all insurance loose binding arbitration clauses. All discrepancies in coverage must be heard before a state or federal insurance commissioner.

This is not meant to break the insurance companies financially, it is meant to make all parties equal in the process of insurance claims. Insurance policies must be converted to commodities. With that the federal government should define 5 levels of paolicies with coverage requirements. Anything but these 5 levels will not be able to be sold as insurance. The insurance companies will be able to sell “supplements” to various insurance insurance levels. They must be identified as “supplements” and define the level it supplements. By defining the insurance coverages it creates a commodity. It is sort of like granny smith apples, if I offer you a Granny Smith apple for 50 cents and another person offers a Granny Smith apple to you for 45 cents. Which do you buy? You have a choice and you know what you have. With insurance today no one knows what they have until they use it. This way you know what you have and everyone you utilize it with knows. The forms to file would all be standard. Standardization is a good thing.

The extra benefits gained are control of the service and pharmaceuticals industry. The insurance companies would negotiate and control the costs. The insurance companies could do this in the short run for the American people. The next step in this process is to leverage the governments investments.

The government would extend the healthcare corps. The government should fund universities to develop new drugs and medical devices. The government could create and license these products for American construction only. This improves job creation for the American worker.

What would this cost? Almost nothing compared to the “health care reform” proposed by either party. The reason for either of their packages is they like spending money and buying from their friends. Why would they not like this it takes money and thus power from their friends. It also allows strangers and the masses, with hard work, an opportunity at real power. Power changes makes politicians nervous.

When they give Wall street fat cats money it is called stimulus, but giving money to the poor is welfare. Does stimulus also mean welfare? Should poor people call their welfare checks, stimulus checks? Why are Republicans against stimulus/welfare for the poor but delighted with welfare/stimulus for Wall street?

The first I need the definitions for words. A stimulus is anything that may have an impact or influence a system. Welfare is aid, provided by the government to people in need, especially the poor. Okay, the government wants aid to the rich to have a better term than welfare; they called it an economic stimulus. I guess it sounds better than Wealthy Welfare. Why are the republicans against the poor? The republicans make welfare seem like Porridge fed to those loathsome creatures, but they serve the most expensive delicacy called economic stimulus to the rich and shameless. The ingredients are the same and the cooking is the same. Maybe the recipes are different depending on who you are serving, or maybe the republicans are putting some sliced white truffles on top for there customers.

I noticed they work in large batches for Wall street The cost to feed Wall street was many times a welfare budget. The economic stimulus was so expensive that it could have paid for 10 to 12 years of universal health care. The economic stimulus could have paid for many things, like over ½ the money to repair all failing infrastructure, estimated to be 1.6 trillion dollars.

Why do poor people get an economic stimulus in monthly checks? Rich people get theirs in a lumpsum and they get a salary cap. Maybe we should give banks and Wall street checks monthly and cap their paychecks like they do poor people. Wait they did that, rich and shameless are capped at 1 million a month. The poor are capped at poverty line. How did the rich folks get so high a cap? I guess they donate more money, go to more lunches, and arrange for more PAC support for the democrats and republicans

It is a shame that capitalism is sustained by socialism. I feel we have three systems. We have socialism for corporate America, pure capitalism for the middle class, and tyranny for the poor. The poor have few options they can change. E-mail me, I can defend my point on the state of the poor.

I have so many questions that are very negative. I feel both parties democrats and republicans need a few moments behind the wood shed, Chris Dodd and Barney Frank need more time at the wood shed. We cant do anything about them What we can do is not vote for incumbents remove them from the system. We should exert pressure on the new faces, we give them tasks and follow their progress. If they fail us, we voted them out. We vote them out because they lacked the ability to represent us. Vote those incumbent Senators out because they failed to represent us in the past, Wealthy Welfare. We need to stop being slaves to a party and get together with friends and neighbors and vote simply on issues. Never pay with loyalty to a political party, they have so little loyalty left to give you in return and what loyalty they have left is tainted.

I been listening and viewing the debates. People are just confused as what the President does. The President is the most senior leader of all foriegn policy, government bureaucracy, and the military. The President cant do much without the Congress. The President needs money to do much of anything and the Congress is the only people that can authorize money usage.

I hear both of these idiots say I will do this and I will do that. You can’t do anything unless Congress supports it. Power without money is like a car without gas. The President needs a lot of money to do what they claim they will do and they most likely will not have it. If one party obstructs the President’s party’s initiatives, that President has a hamstring. I want to give universal health care, okay will the Congress create the plan and authorize the money. If the Congress will give it, you may have it. Otherwise you as President are powerless to implement your desires.

Most people never learned that the President of the United States is the implementer of the desires and wishes of the Congress. The Congress must approve of all Presidential appointments, so they have final say on who are the top bureaucrats and Presidential advisers. In the most basic of terms the President only has sole decision ability in the most extreme cases of emergency.

So, the President has no real direct power over Roe v. Wade. The only power they would have is to recommend Supreme Court replacements for vacant seats. Those replacement justices must be approved by the Senate. Again the legislative branch must consent and advice. So if you want real power you should pick your members of Congress with a very selective hand.

The Presidential candidates are claiming a new tax plan to implement. The Members of Congress must develop, vet, and pass a new tax plan for the President to approve and implement. If your Members of Congress dont do it or fail to do what you would like the President can do nothing more than veto the bill. So when a candidate talks about taxes he/she will cut, they are lying.

The Presidential candidates claim they will implement changes in health care, immigration, foreign policy, and the economy. The President can’t do much since the Congress must give him/her the power. What the President can do is rally the people and put force on Congress. The President would be best to direct a spotlight on the matters that are of significance. Have the Vice President/President of the Senate watch and monitor all legislation matters and give the President early warning of things that are coming.

The President should make reports regularly to the population. Make a personal appearance every two weeks on a schedule and discuss upcoming legislation, just like you are at the kitchen table with your family. Focus the electorate on influencing their Members of Congress, organizing influence events, attending political rallies of influential state races, naming the shameful and the shameless in Congress. Putting focus on under performing Members of Congress, regardless of political party, make sure they know someone is watching. The President should have advisory support, advise, and prepare all influential administrators testifying before Congress and committees.

A President must, if desiring to be successful, have some influence over Congress. All great Presidents had some ability to get Congress to get on board with them. The best way to get them aboard is to have a strong working relationship with the Members of Congress. The second most important issue is to have a societal focus. Eisenhower had the highway system. Kennedy had the space race. Neither of our candidates have a societal focus. The societal objectives gives our people something to strive for that will benefit ourselves and our progeny. The societal focus is a place to utilize the unused societal resources to create capital investment in the future of our society. These developed assets are long lived and tend to pay dividends. Look at the bridges and buildings built by WPA program in the 1930′s, highway system of the 1950′s. or the space programs of the 1960′s.

Our candidates are squabbling over a few pieces of silver these days. The President must be a very good manager and most importantly must be a great negotiator. The President must be able to get people to do the best without any power over them. Great leaders delegate tasks to successful people and monitor their progress. You monitor the progress so you can support, advise, and supply interdepartmental cohesion. The President’s job is to provide the raw materials and the essentials of success, and by doing so assures delivery, budget, and acceptability.

The Office of the President should never be a politician’s office. The President is a manager, cheerleader, counselor, sage, implementer, and finally the facilitator. A successful President must shed his political party like a snake shedding its skin. When you become President you don’t need a party for power, only for money to get re-elected. If you do a great job and treat people right you will not need a lot of money.

All John and Barack needed to do was sell their abilities to manage, drive the delegation process, a conciliator with Congress, and an acceptable national focus. If they don’t have a national focus idea send me a comment I will give you a few dozen to work with. I can tell you both, John and Barack, never sold me on your ability to manage people and have people aspire to our dreams for America. Sorry guys no sale.

The latest bailout applicant is the State of California. These folks live a life that no one can afford. I live in Ohio and we don’t have the resources to pay for services like California. But now that California has a lot of debt and lack of cash flow, we have another deadbeat relative.

We need to be responsible and help California regain control. Put California into a state of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and dissolve all union contracts and offer the state employees new wages and benefits. Use the national guards for critical services on strike by the unions.

With the State of California being in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The courts would appoint a trustee. The trustee would negotiate the restructuring of debt, take over the budgetary, and stop debt creation. The legislature would have court guidance and budgetary controls placed on them. The executive branch would have strict accountability and be forced to reduce employees from job restructuring, sunset activities, and restructure state pensions. The state would have to reduce, eliminate, delay, and abate entitlement obligations. California would also have to suspend construction contracts and probably have a position to set aside the contracts. They could renegotiate the contract to reflect a lower price or reopen the bid process.

The State of California and its debtors would have a meeting to discuss the debts. They would have to schedule the debt and seek to have an agreement on the mark down values and the terms. I am sure the terms would be no creation of more debt until these debts are settled. The rules regarding the suspension of debt creation would generate many legislature resignations. There is no fun in running a trustee controlled company/State.

The negotiation would progress until a recovery plan is discovered. The recovery plan would have terms, conditions, limits, budget controls, debt forbearance, meetings with the debtors and finally a timeline to solvency. The process could take years and the best part is they would be forced to act responsibly. Liberals wanting to spend like drunken sailors would have to find a new places to live.

The way to prevent future problems is to allow the risk takers to take profits and losses alone. California has been living on debt for years. They were doing that because they want to live above their means. Now they have lost their cash flow they are going to their rich uncle for a $7 billion dollar check. The rich uncle has been hit up for $850 billion by his friends at the country club and has no more money to loan. Sorry California this is not our dance.

I have learned politicians are only loyal to their parties. They may represent the many PAC’s but they absolutely represent their parties. Regardless of which party you are registered as you should leave the party and don’t send them anymore money. You will see soon an alternative. In my House District, 12th District of Ohio, Pat Tiberi is the elected representative. Pat actually represents the Republican party, not you. He voted YES on the Wealthy Welfare bailout. I looked into Pats campaign contributions and all are from well funded PAC’s and special interests and of course the Republican party.

First of all stop donating to political parties and donate to a local Non-connected PAC. If there is not one create one. Creating one is not too cost prohibitive. Go to your neighbors and discuss you city council persons work or lack of. You could talk about the current bond issues and taxes. You will find you are very close on the ideas that directly effect you.

You should talk to about 12 people and have the folks you talked to let you know if you want to change those issues. You can’t do much alone but if you could get between 50 to 100 people you have a good base. If every person donated 100 bucks and 24 hours a year a lot could be a catalyst of change. You total of $10,000 and 2400 man hours of labor could make or break an election.

A city council race, school board, levy issue, or a initiative petition costs various amounts depending on where live. The point is you and your neighbors can put on commercials, buy advertising, canvass, and create a forum of discussion. The key is you are doing it, you are in charge, and you say when it is over. If you stopped donating to the parties and the candidate directly you have put a double whammy on the parties’ candidates. Power without money is like a car without gas. You do what I am suggesting and they parties will be calling you and saying “what can we do to get your help” or “can we talk?” The reason for this is simple you are taking the air out of their candidate and you are going to force them to spend a lot of money and effort to get this person elected. You have their attention and you also hold their fate in the next election in your hands. They will call you back when you have an issue to discuss.

The reason I am saying just deal with small races is the parties don’t fund them very heavily. The best thing you could do is weeding out the idiots, political hacks, special interest candidates, and the politically entitlements. The point is to weed them out while they are a young weed. If you nail them 2 to 3 times and they loose their elections, you cost the parties a butt load of money and a lot of energy. The best part is you have ended the career of a politician that does not support your issues.

Idiots are people not smart enough to do the citizens business. Idiots is probably the wrong term, lets say ignorant. If I have not invested time to understand your issues and desires. They also have not seen the necessary life experiences to have ideals and the ability to formulate and implement a plan

Political hacks are the worst wastes of water and sperm. These people are usually a dynasty candidates or a person that has earned a lot of political debt. A dynasty candidate is a person with right name. You know what I mean if your name is Kennedy and you are in Massachusetts, you could be governor at 18 years old. A political debtor is a person that is a regular donor and knows many with money. If you can get the party access to mountains of cash you can be anything.

Special interest candidates are people of notoriety for very good acts of citizenship or controlling mountains of cash for a influence group. These people are very dangerous, they have no history to look at and they are thrown to the wall to see if they stick. If they stick you may have a candidate that is popular and fails to meet your needs. They are of interest for Weeding Out.

Political entitlement is what I call a legacy. I lost my race as such and such. I need a job and I have supported you in the past what can I run for. They put this reject on your ballot and you usually will have to swallow.

Non-connected PAC’s are the alternative for the independent voter that is wanting some involvement and power at a modest price and effort. Are you choosing the least damage candidate? Would it not be nice to have a candidate report that lists the facts first, then a trend analysis, followed by a projection given the past. You have issues that have needed resolved or changes needing to be made. You pull out your candidate report and ask questions of your concerns and comments. You can’t get a politician to address you with anything more than a form letter. You want a Non-connected PAC, because you have the information and you have the political might to pressure those you helped elect.

A Non-connected PAC is not hard to create or maintain. It is similar to a church or non-profit filing for forms. The Non-connected PAC could unify money and efforts to support local democracy. When you send your money to help the party your money is placed in a general pot, it supports the parties’ candidates, whether you support those candidates or not. If they have surplus money it is for the next elections or sent to other candidates anywhere in the US. The party also is a top down organization. They are not guided by people here, they follow orders from people that don’t have loyalty to you. The party is controlled by the folks out of state. This is true regardless Republican or Democrat. When you give to a party you are sending you money to a post office box with a child’s wishes that is does good.

The non-connected PAC work well. The Non-connected PACs allows you to unify your vote and you have no loyalty to either party. Your Non-connected PAC is close to you, you have input, you can guide it, and you can narrow the functions of the PAC. Narrowing to support a candidate or even to smite a candidate. You can make and advertise for or against a candidate. When you are paying the fiddler you call the dance.

With a non-connected PAC you have made it easy for any good candidate to approach you and solicit you and your group. If you dislike all candidates you can get an independent and run yours with your support and probably win. You also have regular meetings on levies, bond issues, school board, and commissions. This is another chance of weeding out early. A lot of political wannabees start in school boards or levy committees. You are helping to select the candidate pool for both parties. People need to know who is planning to raise the property taxes, school board plans, or land usage committees.

While this group exists and gets some notoriety for their activities people will want to join. A note: Set maximum size and when you reach that help people like yourself create their own Non-connected PAC. Share resources and allow the boards of each have a monthly luncheon, and coordinate activities. Doing this allows you to compare notes, share data, share costs, and overhead.

On a national level give your hard earned money to PAC’s that support your top three issues. Again never give the money to a candidate or party. These people take the money and use it as if it were their own. They can use your donation to support ideas and campaigns you disapprove of. If you stay narrow in your support you can be reasonable assured that the donation is used to support the issue you support.

I hope we begin weeding out as necessary so we don’t have to work hard to remove entrenched representatives with war chests. If your prevent them from getting there you dont have to remove them later. A wealthy man or politician can afford anything but a conscious. Give politicians a conscious, it will drive them nuts.

I cannot vote for David Robinson. I cannot vote for either of the people running for House of Representatives 12th District, I get the real Pat Tiberi or I get the copy of Pat Tiberi(David Robinson). I am considering mass mailing everyone I know in the 12th district with a link to your website detailing your support for the wealthy welfare bill. The reason I cant support either of you is because both of you don’t understand you represent us. We did not select you to think for us. Your obligation is to act as we would.
I found that Pat let us down with his vote and you support the same ideals. Dave is an accountant, try this Dave. I am going to loan 700 billion dollars to people that fiscally mismanaged their companies/their resources. These same managers put their companies into near bankruptcy. I am willing to buy $2 million dollars worth of Childrens wooden arrows and furthermore I am willing to give $100 million tax breaks to wealthy friends that own racetracks. I am willing to send more than $350 billion dollars of the $700 billion to foreign banks, so the peoples money is welfare for foreign banks. I am willing to deny you and your family universal health care, because I can’t look liars (Wall street) in the eyes and say no.

I, as your Representative, am willing to sell you, your children, and your children in to slavery to pay for wealthy welfare. I am willing to politically socialize corporate losses and free market the profits. I am also willing to trust a bunch of people that are deadheads to put in safeguards after giving the money. We promise set rules and oversight after the money sent, and we the Congress promise let it die in committee because we are extremely busy with our pissing contest, AKA gridlock. As your representatives, we will prove to you again. we are useless and untrustworthy.

The Congressmen that voted for the wealthy welfare live the life most American’s dream of, the same lifestyle as the wealthy people receiving the peoples money. Do you really think that we have it wrong? We understand very well. We cant trust our representatives or President. Congress has so few decent people, I hoped David Robinson would be a decent representative as well, a Marcy Kaptur for example. I feel I was wrong. It is a shame that one of you will be our representative, even if you don’t represent us.

Petulant

Update AIG, those that got an 85 billion dollar bailout had a party for exec that cost $400000. This party was to celebrate the bailout. I was not invited to the party, I wonder if Pat got an invite?

The stock market dropped below 10,000 after the bailout. Wonder if we were right about the bailout being a gift to the rich and the mismanagers. What do you think Pat? We will wait until the party sends you a statement to release.
